Legendary cities of Great Silk Road, Samarkand and Boukhara
with their 2500 years of history and beautiful architectural
monuments, hospitable people and noisy bazaars, will be visited
by the tourists at the beginning of the tour.
Then changing the Asian heat to the mountain coolness, tourists
will happen in the Fann mountains. Tourists pass through major
mountain lakes, Juniper trees, tempestuous rivers, moraines
and glaciers..... |

ITINERARY
| Day 1 |
Arrival to Tashkent. Drive (Flight) to Bukhara (560kms). accommodation
in hotel. |
| Day 2 |
Excursion in ancients monuments of Bukhara: Ark Fortress, Ensemble
Poyi-Kalon, Mausoleum of Samanid's, Complex Bolo Khauz. |
| Day 3 |
Continuation of excursions in Bukhara, mosque and medresse of Mir
Arab, Magoki-Attor, summer residence of Emir Sitorai Mohi Khasa and
on the second half of the day free time. |
| Day 4 |
Transfer from Bukhara to Samarkand. accommodation in hotel. Excursion
to the ancient town of Afrasiab, history and the archeological museum,
Ulugbek Observatory. |
| Day 5 |
Transfer to Tajik town Penjikent (70kms). Excursion in Penjikent
with visiting ancient sogdian town, archeological museum and republican
historical-ethnographic museum. On the second half of the day transfer
from Penjikent to the ATC"Artouch"). accommodation in cottages. |
| Day 6 |
Cross the Ckukurak pass to Kulikalon hollow with it's numerous streams
and lakes. Camping near Bibijannat lake with magnificent panorama
of the steep glaced north face of the Chimtarga, the highest peak
of Fann mountains. |
| Day 7 |
Passage over the Laudan pass, (1A3630ms), to the Pasrud valley,
Camping at 2500 m. |
| Day 8 |
Short relaxing walk to Alouddin lakes. |
| Day 9 |
Excursion to Mutnoe lakes. After the morning's rest we go up to
Mutnoe lake., surrounded by glaciers and summits: Energia (5120ms)
Zamok (5070ms), Chimtarga (5489ms). Camping. |
| Day 10 |
Hiking to Alouddin pass (3860ms), from where there are stunning
view of the deep blue Alouddin lakes and the main Peaks. Descent to
a campsite by the Dushokha lake. Camping. |
| Day 11 |
Back to the ATC"Artouch". accommodation in cottages. |
| Day 12 |
Back to the ATC"Artouch". accommodation in cottages. |
| Day 13 |
Drive to Samarkand via Penjikent. accommodation in hotel |
| Day 14 |
Excursion in Samarkand: Mausoleum of Gur-Emir, Registan square and
ensemble Shohi-Zinda. |

Transfer from Samarkand to Tashkent. Flight home. |
